Lytham Festival 2025: Alanis Morissette, Justin Timberlake & Simple Minds

The hotly anticipated TK Maxx presents Lytham Festival 2025 today announces its first wave of headliners, boasting some of the most iconic names in pop and rock music. Alanis Morissette, Justin Timberlake, Simple Minds, and Texas will headline the North West’s largest live music festival, which is set to return for five spectacular nights of performances.

This has grown into one of the cornerstones of the UK’s summer music scene, and in 2025, it will take place from Wednesday, 2nd July to Sunday, 6th July. Set against the dramatic backdrop of Lancashire’s coastal town, Lytham Festival has built a reputation for hosting world-class acts, and 2025 promises to be no exception.

A Star-Studded Lineup
The first headliner of the festival, Alanis Morissette, will take to the stage on Friday, 4th July. The legendary Canadian-American singer-songwriter, whose iconic breakthrough album Jagged Little Pill defined an era in music, is celebrated for emotionally charged live performances and powerhouse vocals alike. The fans will hear her never-to-fade hits like “Ironic”, “You Oughta Know”, and newer material to let the special sound of her rock-laden alternative music shine bright at Lytham.

Global megastar Justin Timberlake will take center stage this coming Saturday, the 5th of July. With his silky-smooth falsetto, electrifying stage presence, and a back catalogue full of hits from his solo career and NSYNC days, Timberlake promises to give a super-charged performance. He has smashes in the likes of “Cry Me a River”, “Can’t Stop the Feeling”, and “Mirrors”-the ones he usually air, although one can expect some surprises from his vast musical arsenal.

Rounding off the weekend, on Sunday, 6th July, a special double headliner has been lined up by Simple Minds and Texas, all set to grace the festival closing with panache. Legendary Simple Minds have enjoyed more than four decade-long careers featuring anthemic tracks such as “Don’t You (Forget About Me)” and “Alive And Kicking,” making them certainly one of the most influential bands in the history of rock. The sharing of the bill will be Texas, fronted by Sharleen Spiteri, also playing timelessly blended pop-rock and soulful ballads to thrive on classics like “Say What You Want” and “Inner Smile.”

A Festival Not to Be Missed
With a lineup that spans multiple genres and decades of chart-topping music, Lytham Festival 2025 is set to be one of the most exciting live events of the summer. Whether you’re a fan of introspective alt-rock, smooth pop, or classic rock anthems, there’s something for everyone at this year’s festival.

But, as is usually the case, there is even more to the festival than just the music. From local food and bars to different forms of entertainment, it will all complement the live performances so well. This setting is picture-perfect alongside Lytham’s coastal green, making for a perfect summer setting. In itself, it has the ingredients of being a unique festival.
