Forest Live 2025: Sting and The Script Among First Headliners Announced

With the unveiling of the post-Live Nation deal, Cuffe and Taylor will run Forest Live in 2023 for seven years, which is Forestry England’s flagship series of outdoor music. Since 2001, this iconic event has turned the woodlands of England into awe-inspiring concert venues each summer. It serves up a somewhat unique experience: the audience watching live music in the arms of nature’s beauty in the country’s forests.

The Impressive 2024 Line-Up
2024’s lineup must have been the best of all time because it was so high in anticipation, boasting some great acts. It saw moments of pure musical bliss come alive alongside heavyweights like Anne-Marie, Bryan Adams, Gregory Porter, and Nile Rodgers & CHIC, all of whom consistently put bound-in-tune kicks in the idyllic backdrop of UK forests.

What to Expect in 2025
The 2024 lineup was received with extraordinary excitement, and 2025 promises to do the same, for the select few that gather around for a foretaste of magical splendor. Heading this wonderful list are Sting and from the supportive world of Irish band The Script. Adding power to this year’s lineup is Tom Walker, with various cool names very soon.

Sting: A Music Icon
Sting, one of the most celebrated figures in modern music, was born in Newcastle upon Tyne, England, and moved to London in 1977. There, he formed the group The Police with Stewart Copeland and Andy Summers. Five studio albums were produced that brought the GRAMMY-winning band between two BRIT Awards; they were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2003.

Sting was included into the Songwriters Hall of Fame and was gifted with honors from the Kennedy Centre Honors, and the Polar Music Prize, among other recognized ones. During his career, he has sold more than 100 million albums, combining work with The Police and as a solo artist.
