Description
CarFest is one of the most energetic and family-friendly festivals in the UK, where love for cars will seamlessly merge with music, food, and fun. Created by UK radio celebrity Chris Evans, CarFest is annually held at two different venues: CarFest North at Bolesworth Estate in Cheshire and CarFest South at Laverstoke Park Farm in Hampshire. Put simply, it is one of the events that has attracted many people each year.
Core-the essence of CarFest-is any car enthusiast's dream come true. The Festival boasts an overwhelming number of top-line cars, both new and old classics alike. During the show, one views vehicle displays and track shows. Guests of CarFest can simply gaze in awe, see thrilling track shows, or even take a driving experience in your favored sets of wheels. Whatever takes your fancy-be it car aficionado, hardcore enthusiast, or casual observer-one gets the golden opportunity to encounter the most renowned and iconic set of wheels around.
However, besides the appeal of automobiles, CarFest is utterly filled with entertainment. Really eclectic live performances from topflight artists and bands give CarFest quite a lively soundtrack. What is more, CarFest features several areas of interest themed to suit many tastes: KidsFest, with tons of activities available to keep kids occupied; FoodFest, with various gastronomic pleasures from some truly renowned chefs and vendors alike. While AdventureFest treats the audience with outdoor thrills for adventure buffs, wellness zones, celebrity talks, and ample spaces to relax and enjoy have also been inculcated into the festival.
In 2024, there was also much debate at CarFest from leading experts and some of the most revered figures in the UK, including Rob Brydon, Ben Miller, Tim Peake, Dr. Rangan Chatterjee, and Briony May Williams. The musical line-up for the festival included Beverley Knight on Friday night, with Olly Murs headlining Saturday night, and the iconic UB40 featuring Ali Campbell closing the festival on Sunday.
What really makes CarFest different, however, is its sense of charity. The festival allocates a substantial proportion of its proceeds to children's charities around the UK, adding a great community spirit and sense of purpose.
