This July, Kew Gardens will transform into a vibrant festival ground, welcoming audiences for six evenings of live performances. With an eclectic lineup and scenic outdoor setting, the event offers something for all generations, making it an ideal summer night out for families and music fans alike.
10 July: UB40 Featuring Ali Campbell
UB40, led by the iconic Ali Campbell, will bring their signature reggae sound to Kew. Known for classics like “Red Red Wine” and “Can’t Help Falling in Love,” the band has sold over 70 million records globally. With accolades such as an Ivor Novello Award and a spot on Camden’s Music Walk of Fame, Campbell’s influence on the music scene is undeniable. Special guest Pato Banton will join them, with more surprise acts to be announced.
11 July: DJ Spoony’s Garage Classical
DJ Spoony, one of the pioneers of UK garage, teams up with composer Katie Chatburn and the Ignition Orchestra to deliver a unique orchestral twist on classic garage hits. This innovative project, which has previously sold out the Royal Albert Hall, breathes new life into the genre with reimagined tracks and dynamic collaborations. Expect guest appearances from Daniel Bedingfield, So Solid Crew, Heartless Crew, and more.
13 July: Gipsy Kings’ Nicolas Reyes Live
Nicolas Reyes, the unmistakable voice of the Gipsy Kings, will take the stage to deliver the band’s signature blend of flamenco, rumba, and Latin rhythms. With nearly 20 million albums sold and performances at iconic venues worldwide, the Gipsy Kings remain a global musical force.
