Headliners
Chappell Roan, London Grammar, Suki Waterhouse, Luvcat and more to come
For over twenty years, Rock en Seine has been one of the most thrilling music festivals Europe has to offer. From annual summer events in this city of magic, Rock en Seine put together musical, artistic, and gastronomic experiences, setting the whole place ablaze outside the French capital until it grew into an internationally reputed phenomenon.
From Small-Scale to World Spectacle
From its humble beginnings in 2003, Rock en Seine has grown from just two stages with about ten performing bands to an extravaganza featuring six stages and drawing in around 140,000 for three days. Even with those small-scale beginnings, the festival had quickly made a name for itself in terms of variety of lineup and atmosphere.
Yet, despite the scale, Rock en Seine is intimate and serene, due in part to the sprawl of the park grounds themselves, dotted with towering trees offering shade and a tranquil, forest-like ambiance.
A Celebration of Music and Creativity
The headliner cast included Lana Del Rey, Billie Eilish, Fred Again., Arctic Monkeys, also with a rather dynamic up-and-coming artists' lineup.
And with the special Wednesday night lineup just announced, anticipation is already building for 2025. This will be a dynamic mash of talent led by the extravagant Chappell Roan and her only concert in France this year. In support: dreamy London Grammar, multitalented Suki Waterhouse, and charming Luvcat-this eclectic mix promises to set the tone for an unforgettable festival experience.
More Than Just Music
But it's not just the music. With time, Rock en Seine has taken shape as an event more cultural in nature and of a different caliber altogether, showcasing all other forms of artistic expression. From exhibitions and talks to all manners of participative events: it's absolutely everything. Even a place is found for Mini Rock en Seine for children in order to make this event family-friendly and to cultivate further love of music among the younger generation.
Gastronomía to Müsica: where gastronomy meets music. One of the salient features in Rock en Seine is definitely gastronomic. This place has converted an exhibition area into restaurants and bars in which all tastes of Paris could be represented in the same festival area. The attendants will make a very broad tasting of cuisine, from classical French food through international street foods, turning any break between one concert and another into an exciting adventure.
What Makes Rock en Seine Special
With a world-class lineup of artists and cultural proposals, the unique difference from other festivals lies in the venue. It is held in the historical park of Domaine de Saint-Cloud on the outskirts of Paris. Lush greenery and open spaces make this an energizing-soothing atmosphere, something hardly found at such big-scale festivals.
The Future
While continuously improving and offering innovation, Rock en Seine has remained the cornerstone of Europe's music festival scene. Be it the chance to see legendary performances, new upcoming artists, or just the creative vibes of Paris, this will be one festival that is surely to be remembered.
