Wednesday 2 July: Train Kick Off the Session
Train is a San Francisco-based pop-rock band, originally formed in 1993 and now consisting of Pat Monahan, Taylor Locke, Hector Maldonado, Jerry Becker, and Matt Musty. They made it big with their 1998 Train album and hit "Meet Virginia," then Drops of Jupiter (2001) winning a Grammy. "Hey, Soul Sister" from Save Me, San Francisco (2009) solidified their celebrity. With a hiatus and changing lineup, they've released California 37 (2012) and AM Gold (2022), selling over 10 million albums and 30 million tracks worldwide.
Friday 4 July: Headlining icons of the British punk scene, The Stranglers
The weekend gets underway in style with icons of the British punk scene, The Stranglers, headlining the first night of Friday 4th July. Celebrating their 50th anniversary, the band will be called upon to deliver a career-spanning performance with very special guests punk rockers The Skids supporting.
Best known for those original punk/new wave favourites like Peaches and No More Heroes, The Stranglers have since gone on to have chart hits with Golden Brown and Always The Sun. Active still today with 23 Top 40 singles and their latest No. 1 album Dark Matters, the group continues strong within British music. Their fans can look forward to a highly energized performance evening from this half-century anniversary celebration.
Saturday 5 July: S Club Bring the Party Vibes
On Saturday evening, pop legends S Club tear the roof off in Warwick with their unstoppable energy. Renowned for a succession of sing-along hits such as Reach and Don't Stop Movin', S Club was an act that defined the pop of the early 2000s. The band made a statement comeback in 2023 with the Good Times Tour, which had them selling out arenas across the UK and Ireland.
At 25 years in the industry, S Club continue to bring high-energy shows and retro singalongs that always leave the audience dancing. With new material in the mix, along with the fan-favorite hits, this show promises to be a highlight for all ages.
Sunday 6 July: Elbow Closes with an Emotive Finale
The final night of the festival is topped by Elbow, the highly-acclaimed Manchester alternative rock group. With their expansive soundscapes and introspective lyrics, Elbow have been a British music fixture since their Mercury Prize-winning debut album Asleep in the Back in 2001.
With numerous Ivor Novello Awards and BRIT Awards, the band remains extremely popular, with their orchestral rock and close storytelling. Their latest album AUDIO VERTIGO (2024) was also a critical hit, and fans are eagerly anticipating a rousing end to the weekend in their Sunday night set. Guy Garvey himself teased how special the event might feel, saying, "We love returning to places that feel like home and finding new ones along the way."
