Soultown Festival Welcomes Smokin Jo to Headline the Clockwork Tent!

Soultown Festival is thrilled to announce that Smokin Jo will be headlining the Clockwork Tent on Sunday, September 1st!

Smokin Jo stands out as one of the most talented DJs to emerge from the British dance music scene. Her cutting-edge sound has carved out a unique niche in clubland. With a remarkable 29-year career, Jo has played in every corner of the globe and graced the decks of major nightclubs such as Space (Ibiza and Miami), Fabric (London), Womb and Ageha (Tokyo), and many more.

Recently, Jo has performed for Glitterbox at Hi Ibiza, delivered two epic sets at Glastonbury for Block9 and Greenpeace, and appeared at Shindig Festival and Defected Festival in Croatia and the UK. She was also featured in a documentary for Ministry of Sound’s The Annual Classic Tour and hosted and played at one of their live tour dates before the orchestra took the stage.

Throughout her career, Jo has been a staple at club events like Pushca, Boys Own, Tribal Gathering, Back to Basics, Cream, and Full Circle. These gigs helped her win DJ Magazine’s highly coveted DJ of the Year Award, making her the first female DJ to receive this honor!
