Soultown Festival Welcomes Smokin Jo to Headline the Clockwork Tent!

Soultown Festival is happy to announce that the Smokin Jo will be Headlining the Clockwork Tent on Sunday, September 1st!

Smokin Jo is one of the most wonderful DJs to rise from the British dance music scene. With her futuristic sound, she has made her mark in clubland. With her immense, breathtaking 29 years of doing this, Jo Must have played just about everywhere on every corner of this earth and some highly respected big nightclubs such as Space Ibiza, Space Miami, Fabric London, Womb and Ageha in Tokyo, and so forth.

Recently, Jo has performed for Glitterbox at Hi Ibiza, delivered two epic sets at Glastonbury for Block9 and Greenpeace, and appeared at Shindig Festival and Defected Festival in Croatia and the UK. She was also featured in a documentary for Ministry of Sound’s The Annual Classic Tour and hosted and played at one of their live tour dates before the orchestra took the stage.

Very frequently available, from Pushca, Boys Own, Tribal Gathering, Back to Basics, Cream, and Full Circle to name but a few, Jo’s back catalogue of gigs ensured her with the crown of DJ Magazine’s most sought after DJ of the Year Award-as the very first female DJ to be honored in this respect!
