In 1998, the Bennett family felt that Glastonbury had become too commercialised and threw together their own festival, which they called Truck.
Truck Festival has an iconic atmosphere and an eclectic mix of musical styles, and has been going for over 25 years. Now, the festival has unveiled the full line-up for this year’s Truck Festival, which will take place across the last weekend of July. With the likes of Bloc Party, Nothing But Thieves, Kasabian and Courteeners all headlining over the weekend, get ready for an electrifying switch-up of alternative indie, rock, post-Britpop and alt-rock. They are joined by a host of incredible acts like Blossoms, Franz Ferdinand, The Last Dinner Party and more. Now with every artist announced, Truck Festival 2025 is set to be an unforgettable weekend of musical genius.
Stuck to its independent roots, Truck Festival is even closer to modern alternative music and discovered grassroots and up and coming talent. Its dedication to fostering new talent guarantees a varied and sustainable festival offering, cementing its place as one of the best events on the UK festival calendar.
